Turkey: New Turkish Straits Regulations

We are attaching the free translation of the new “Turkish Straits Maritime Traffic Order Regulations Enforcement Directives” for your attention.

The Authorities will as usual continue to demand the proof of P&I insurance cover from ships which carry dangerous cargo and ships of 500 GT and higher. Please refer to clause-12 for details.
