LOCAL MSAs

Here is some information from a number of local MSAs:

Ningbo and Zhousan:
The local MSAs at these ports may postpone enforcement of the SPRO agreement requirements but this has not been confirmed.

Shanghai:
A Notice with detailed rules of Shanghai MSA on Implementation was issued on 28 December 2011. A free translation can be found here.

Tianjin:
Notices issued by Tianjin MSA on 28 & 29 December 2011 provide additional information for ships using Tianjin. Free translations can be found here and here.

Hebei:
On 30 December, Hebei MSA issued a Notice on implementation, a free translation of which can be found here.

Yingkou:
A notice was issued by Yingkou MSA on 30 December regarding ships using the port which require a Level 1 SPRO and can be found here.
