Helle joined Skuld as Senior Vice President, Head of Office, at Skuld Copenhagen on 16 April 2009. She has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Copenhagen Business College and a Master Degree in Law, LL.M., from the University of Copenhagen. She has studied management at IMD in Lausanne and is a Certified Coach. Before joining Skuld, Helle held the position of Vice President and Head of the Insurance & Claims department at D/S TORM in Copenhagen. She has over 30 years experience in the shipping industry.

Jan joined Skuld in 1982 as a Claims Executive, Assistant Lawyer. He qualified as a Lawyer in 1985 and was admitted to The High Courts in 1986 and to the Supreme Court of Denmark in 1991. From 1993 to 1999 he was head of Skuld (Far East) in Hong Kong before becoming Vice President, Legal Affairs, at Skuld Oslo. In 2000 Jan returned to Copenhagen and was appointed Senior Vice President, Deputy Head of Office, Copenhagen. Jan has a Master Degree in Law, LL.M., from the University of Copenhagen and has studied maritime law and petroleum law at the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law in Oslo.

Michael joined Skuld in 1996 as a Claims Executive, Assistant Lawyer. He qualified as a Lawyer in 1998. From 2000 to 2004 he worked as Claims Manager at Skuld Hellas in Piraeus. In 2004 he returned to Skuld Copenhagen as Senior Lawyer and in 2008 he became Assistant Vice President, Lawyer. Michael has a Master Degree in Law, from the University of Copenhagen, a LL.M. in International Maritime Law from the University of Southampton and a MA in Marine Insurance & Risk Management from the University of Oslo.

Sandro joined Skuld in 2001 as a Legal Assistant and was promoted to Claims Executive, Assistant Lawyer in 2002. He qualified as a Lawyer in 2006. In 2008 Sandro worked six months as a Claims Executive at Skuld (Far East) Hong Kong, and later that year he was appointed Senior Claims Executive, Lawyer, at Skuld Copenhagen. In 2009 he was appointed Vice President, Head of Claims. Sandro has a Master Degree in Law, LL.M., from the University of Copenhagen and has previously studied law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles

Stig Gregersen joined Skuld in 1981 as a Claims Executive, Assistant Lawyer. He qualified as a Lawyer in 1984 and was admitted to The High Courts in 1986. He was appointed Vice President, Senior Lawyer in 1998. Stig has  a Master Degree in Law, LL.M., (1981) and a Master of Mediation and Conflict Resolution (2004) from the University of Copenhagen.

Vibeke joined Skuld in December 2009 as HR Executive and PA (Personal Assistant) for Helle Lehmann. She has served with ABB Scandia, Maersk Air and as a Consultant / Counter Manager with Clinique / Estee Lauder. She graduated as an Economist from the Academy of Business in Hobro and is educated in coaching organisations. She has also passed a Human Resource education in 2011.
